In the fenced private garden with a mostly covered south-facing terrace, comfortable garden furniture and a garden shed, there are sun loungers including a parasol and a charcoal grill. The sun loungers are portable and you are welcome to take them to the heated swimming pool and natural bathing pond. The garden or the garden house also serve as a storage space for bicycles, ski equipment, etc.

In addition, our guests can take part in many indoor activities at a greatly reduced price (-33%), such as wellness & massages, fitness center (without course), indoor playground and climbing hall. Carnica Rosental - "Located on the sunny side of the Alps, in the middle of numerous bathing lakes, the Rosental is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, nature lovers with culinary delights and leisure fun for the whole family." The apartment is located in the beautiful Rosental right next to the Drau river & cycle path - perfect for bike and boat tours, for walking or fishing. It offers numerous summer & winter leisure activities such as via ferratas (climbing) and ski areas, football golf, go-kart tracks, animal parks, riding stables, etc.
The surrounding area is best explored by car or bicycle and offers a variety of fantastic bathing lakes, with the Wörthersee and Faaker See being particularly noteworthy, both of which are only about 15 minutes away. Klagenfurt/Villach can be reached in 30 minutes and Italy/Slovenia in about 45 minutes. Udine & Grado in Italy (1h or 1.5h), Bled in Slovenia (1h) or Graz (2h) in Styria are ideal day trips.
