General

We take data protection very seriously and treat personal data confidentially in accordance with current legal regulations. We live by the principle of data economy and only store the personal data that we need for legally understandable reasons for our online offering and for our services.

You can use our website without providing any personal information - we only store access data without personal reference such as your IP address. These data are evaluated exclusively to improve our offer and do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person. We only collect personal data if you provide it to us voluntarily with your express consent for a defined purpose.

Our data protection declaration informs website visitors transparently about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data. The GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation) serves as the legal basis, whereby definitions of the terms used (e.g. “personal data” or “processing”) are defined in Art. 4 GDPR.

We reserve the right to occasionally adapt this data protection declaration so that it always corresponds to the current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the data protection declaration, e.g. when introducing new services. The most recently updated data protection declaration always applies to visits to our website.

The use of contact data published as part of the imprint obligation by third parties to send unsolicited advertising and information material is hereby expressly prohibited. If applicable, the right to data portability can also be asserted.

If a correction, blocking, deletion or information about the personal data stored on the person is desired or questions arise regarding the collection, processing or use of the personal data or consent given should be revoked, we ask for a message to the following e-mail: welcome@famli.travel

Deletion of Data

After the respective purpose of use of the personal data has ceased to apply or after the statutory retention periods have expired, the corresponding data will be blocked or deleted as a matter of routine and in accordance with the statutory provisions.

If the request does not conflict with a legal obligation to store data (e.g. data retention), there is a right to have the data deleted. Data stored by us will be deleted on request if it is no longer necessary for its intended purpose and there are no statutory retention periods.

If deletion cannot be carried out because the data is required for permissible legal purposes, data processing will be restricted. In this case, the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes.
